US & Mexico strike deal to pause tariffs

Background

The US and Mexico have struck a deal to delay Washington imposing 25% tariffs on Mexican goods. It follows a phone call between the two leaders. Tariffs on Canadian and Chinese goods are still due to come into effect on Tuesday. Nick Harper reports from Washington.
