Activist Job Amupanda has filed a complaint with the Judicial Service Commission against Judge Ueitele Shafimana, accusing him of gross misconduct in the red line case. Amupanda claims the judge violated his Article 21 rights by compelling him and his counsel to testify after requesting Shafimana’s recusal. In a report by One Africa Tv NewsOnOne’s reporter Ellen SHihepo, he also criticized the judge for exhibiting a hostile tone, making personal attacks, and creating an unfair courtroom environment.
