New tariffs to be rolled out from the U.S. to be reciprocal to each country

U.S. President Donald Trump has added another round of tariffs detailed in a memo signed on Thursday. They will be worked out individually on countries proportional to their trade imbalance with the U.S. Caroline Malone reports.
