Kavango West horticulture farmers learn from Omusati small scale farmers

22 farmers from the Kavango West region visited Olushandja in the Omusati region on Friday for a Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) sponsored agricultural exposure engagement.

The Deputy Director of Kavango West rural services, Elizabeth Mupiri, says the visit was part of recommendations from the 2024 Kavango West Agriculture Conference.

The initiative was a collaboration between the FAO, ministry of agriculture and Kavango West regional governor and council.
