Nujoma’s remains tour 5 regions for memorial services

The Founding President Sam Nujoma’s remains visited five regions for memorial services.Hundreds of mourners attended the memorial services at Etunda Village, Eenhana, Rundu, Katima Mulilo and Grootfontein.

Many people stood along the road from 06h00 to catch a glimpse of the hearse carrying Nujoma’s remains as it passed by in every town.

Nujoma, who died in Windhoek on February 8 2025, will be buried on March 1, 2025, at Heroes’ Acre.
