The Police have issued a warning to Windhoek motorists for today. Nampol says they should expect road closures and traffic disruptions as the security cluster conducts a full-scale rehearsal for the state funeral procession of the late Founding President, Dr. Sam Nujoma. According to NamPol spokesperson Deputy Commissioner Kaunapawa Shikwambi, the rehearsal will take place starting at 7am, following the same route as the official procession on this coming Thursday.
