US President Donald Trump has confirmed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will visit the White House on Friday. The US and Ukraine have been discussing a deal to share Ukraine’s mineral wealth, in return for past US aid and – possibly – future security guarantees. Kate fisher reports from Washington:
