The African Security Congress in S.A is calling for greater accountability for all individuals involved in Eskom procurement processes that led to the allegedly unjustified awarding of a 500-million-rand contract to Fidelity Security Services. The ASC advocates for the rights and interests of private security guards in the country. Its president Tebogo Motloung says it is imperative that those who manipulated the system to secure the contract be held responsible for their actions. He says they are urging the National Prosecuting Authority to pursue legal action against those who have breached the law:
