The funeral of the late Founding President Dr. Samuel Daniel Shafiishuna Nujoma continue at Heroes’ Acre. Earlier in the day, pallbearers loaded Nujoma’s remains onto a hearse at Windhoek’s Independence Stadium before departing for Heroes’ Acre, where he is to be laid to rest. Our reporters indicate, however, that no media house other than the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation is allowed anywhere close to the mausoleum where the late Founding President Sam Nujoma will be laid to rest. Media Houses excluded from capturing content at the mausoleum include One Africa TV, the Namibia Press Agency, The Namibian, New Era, Namibian Sun, Windhoek Observer, Eagle FM and international media agencies.
