U.S Supreme Court rejects Trump administration request to freeze foreign aid

The US Supreme Court has rejected an emergency request by the Trump administration to freeze nearly 2 billion dollars in foreign aid. The order requires the government to release the funds to aid groups for work already completed. Ira Spitzer reports.
