Traffic Builds at State House for Nandi-Ndaitwah’s Inauguration

ARRIVALS: There is traffic congestion at the State House in Windhoek as people are arriving to attend the inauguration of incoming president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah despite heavy rain.
