VIPs Arrive at State House for Nandi-Ndaitwah’s Inauguration

GATHERING: VIP’s are gathering at the State House in Windhoek for the inauguration of incoming president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Friday. Expected heavy rainfall resulted in the event being moved Thursday from Independence Stadium to the State House.
