Ohangwena to seek help from PM Office for flood victims

Ohangwena governor Sebastain Ndeitunga says the region will approach the Office of the Prime Minister to seek help for the flood victims.
There are more than 50 people staying in temporary shelters at Helao Nafidi after they were relocated because of the floods.
The people were relocated on Wednesday, April 3, 2025.
“We are assessing the needs to see if we need assistance from the central government,” Ndeitunga said.
Regional Council will seek aid from the Office of the Prime Minister to assist flood victims.
