Ballotti explains Julinho Athletic Football Club’s resignation

Former Julinho Athletic Football Club chairman Dino Ballotti has explained his recent resignation from the club following his appointment by President Nandi-Netumbo Ndaitwah.

Ballotti was appointed deputy minister of the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Sport, Youth, Arts and Culture.
