City Billing Probe Report Moves to Council

Deloitte’s long-anticipated forensic report into Windhoek’s faulty billing system has been finalised and delivered to city management for consideration. City spokesperson Lydia Amutenya told NewsOnOne’s Josia Shigwedha that the council must now finalise the report before any further action is taken.
