Millions Earmarked for Affordable Housing Push

Background

Plans to build more than 270 low-income houses in Windhoek’s informal settlements will cost around N$93 million, according to Governor Sam Nujoma. He shared the update during the State of the Region Address covered by NewsOnOne’s Envaalde Matheus. So far, 11 new homes worth N$2.7 million have already been completed under the upgrade scheme.
