The summit, founded by advocate for youth empowerment in the energy sector, Justina Erastus, is taking place on Friday and Saturday, the 25th and 26th of July 2025.

This year’s summit is being hosted at the Walvis Bay town hall and has brought together over 800 industry leaders, executives, investors, and young professionals to engage in high-level discussions, technical workshops, and exclusive networking opportunities.

The summit is expected to empower young professionals, foster industry collaboration, and advance youth inclusion in Namibia’s energy sector.

The theme of the 2025 summit is: “Drilling into the Future: Empowering Youth in Namibia’s Oil and Gas Revolution.”
