Michelle McLean honoured as Global Business Woman of the Year in New York

Michelle McLean has once again been featured on New York’s iconic Nasdaq Billboard. She was recognised as the Top Global Business Woman of the Year in Tourism and Investment by the International Association of Top Professionals.

McLean, who serves as International Business Officer for Gondwana Collection in North America, is using the global platform to showcase Namibia as a premier travel destination. She also aims to highlight Gondwana’s leadership in immersive and responsible tourism initiatives.

McLean is an actress, businesswoman, writer, model, and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Universe in 1992 in Thailand. She was 19 years old when she was crowned Miss Universe, and became the first, and so far only, Namibian woman to win the title.
