Young entrepreneurs have called on G20 leaders to accelerate efforts on climate change.

Over 600 delegates from G20 countries took part in the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit in Gauteng. The meeting highlighted tangible outcomes, including the launch of accelerator programmes, policy recommendations, investment opportunities, and a youth economic charter.

The Global Young Entrepreneurs Alliance said entrepreneurship can support a green economic transition, sustainable agriculture, and climate-smart innovation. The summit’s resolutions urged governments to prioritise environmental sustainability alongside trade and digital growth.
