Yango Namibian has assured customers that it offers safe and reliable transportation services.

The e-hailing which currently operates in Windhoek and the coastal areas emphasised that safety is a fundamental pillar of its operations, focusing on both passengers and drivers.

“The company’s multifaceted approach prioritises continuous innovation, strict driver verification, and advanced in-app safety features to ensure a secure and seamless experience for everyone, read a media statement issued by Yango Namibia.

To maintain high safety standards, the company uses a strict screening process for drivers, which includes conducting background checks, verifying the driver’s licence and vehicle documentation to ensure that only qualified individuals are on the road.
