The City of Windhoek, in partnership with the European Union and its sister city Bremen, will host the official ground-breaking ceremony for the second Waste Buyback Centre today. The event takes place at the Okuryangava Satellite Waste Disposal Facility. The new centre aims to promote recycling, waste reduction, and community participation in sustainable waste management.
