Walvis Bay mayor laments lack of fishing quota allocation

Walvis Bay Mayor Trevino Forbes is surprised that the town does not benefit directly from fishing quotas, despite being a source. He highlights ongoing challenges, including daily hunger for over 20% of the population, 40% youth unemployment, and a housing crisis causing loss of lives.
