Man allegedly rapes minor at Tses

A 29-year-old man is expected to appear in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court for the alleged rape of a 16-year-old girl at Tses.
Namibian Police Force crime investigations coordinator for ||Kharas, Deputy Commissioner, Nikodemus Mbango in a crime incident report on Sunday indicated that the alleged rape incident happened on Friday between 10pm and midnight at the Aukamp residential area at the village. It is alleged that the suspect lured the victim to get food from his room as they are neighbours and when she went in, the suspect then allegedly had sexual intercourse with the victim without consent.
