The EHW Baard Primary School at Noordoewer recently received computer equipment worth over N$300 000 to set up a computer lab at the institution. ||Kharas Region Acting Director of Education, Arts and Culture, Jesmine Magerman on this gesture said that with the world being faced with opportunities the fourth industrial revolution offers, the ministry is fully aware that the education sector in Namibia has to develop alongside the development of technology. She however was quick to say that in reality, the education sector is far away from realising such a dream because there are many schools in the region, especially primary schools.
