Tesla recalls 2m vehicles after autopilot crash review

Tesla is recalling more than 2 million vehicles after an investigation found the electric car giant’s autopilot safety system wasn’t doing enough to ensure drivers are paying attention on the road. Our corrspondent Toni Waterman has more.
