N Korea says it successfully launched solid-fueled ICBM

North Korea says a projectile it launched on Sunday was carrying a hypersonic warhead. It’s claiming it successfully launched a solid-fueled intermediate range intercontinental ballistic missile, which fell into the Sea of Japan. Chris Gilbert reports from Tokyo.
