Kunene Education Directorate Plans Teacher Conferences to Tackle Academic Challenges in 2023 external Exams

The Kunene Education Directorate is set to organize teacher conferences aimed at addressing the subpar results in the 2023 Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary and Advanced Subsidiary level exams within the region. This announcement was made by the interim education director, Petrus Shipalanga, during an interview with Nampa on Wednesday as part of a conversation about Kunene’s academic challenges. Despite a marginal improvement in 2023 results compared to 2022, the Kunene Region continued to struggle and maintained its 14th position in the national NSSCO rankings.
