Swapo Youth League’s 50% Cabinet seat proposal valid

Political Analyst, Dr. Ndumba Kamwanyah says the Swapo Party Youth League’s proposal to allocate 50 percent of the ruling party’s parliamentary and cabinet seats to young members is valid. However, Kamwanyah says that it should be based on merit.
