Michael Saddam Amushelelo alleges that the people in various constituencies in Windhoek were promised N$1800 dollars once off and N$600 per month during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the city by the Gender ministry. A protest event is planned for today in the Windhoek constituency of Tobias Hainyeko.
