Lloyd Austin will not travel to Europe this week due to ongoing health issues

The US Defense Secretary will not travel to Brussels for NATO and Ukraine meetings, after being hospitalised again on Sunday. The Pentagon said his deputy is acting up and will go to Europe in his place. Caroline Malone reports from Washington.
