UNRWA chief says the agency has reached breaking point

The Commissioner General of the UN aid agency in Gaza, UNRWA says the agency has reached breaking point. In a letter written to the United Nations General Assembly President on Thursday, Philippe Lazzarini says he fears that they are on the edge of a monumental disaster with grave implications.
