Namibia and Brazil mark 30 years of Naval cooperation

Namibia and Brazil have marked the 30th anniversary of their Naval Cooperation Agreement, a milestone in Brazil’s significant naval presence in Africa. The event coincides with the 30th anniversary of Walvis Bay and offshore islands’ handover to Namibia on 28 February 1994. Ambassador of Brazil to Namibia, Vivian Loss Sanmartin highlighted the occasion.
