Buying millitary equipment for Ukraine on top of the agenda at European Council summit

Background
 Leaders of the 27 European Union member states are debating supplying military aid to Ukraine using profits from frozen Russian assets. 200 Billion dollars worth of Russian assets are expected to generate 13-14 billion dollars by 2027. But the idea may not reach a consensus, as Ishan Garg reports from Brussels.
