The Sport, Youth and National Service minister, Agnes Tjongarero, officiated the groundbreaking ceremony of the Northern Namibian High Performance Sports Centre at Ondangwa in the Oshana Region on Friday. Our Northern correspondent Maria Namupala attended the event.
