Joseph Biden has insisted that he is remaining in America’s Presidential race, saying that he the “best qualified” person to defeat Donald Trump. But the President made two major gaffes on Thursday that are likely to fuel calls from Democrat lawmakers for him to stand aside. Our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks reports.
