The United Nations Secretary General has issued an urgent call to action to better protect billions around the world exposed to crippling effects of extreme heat. Global temperatures have been rising unabated, with Sunday, Monday and Tuesday this week having been the hottest days recorded. Jody Jacobs reports from the United Nations in New York.
