The UK Prime Minister has announced a new national police unit to prevent violent disorder in the wake of violent protests, following the killing of three children in a stabbing attack on Monday in Northwest England. Keir Starmer said a system of shared intelligence, facial recognition technology, preventative action, and criminal behaviour orders will help stop potential criminals before they can board a train. Simon Gaitán has more from London.
