South Africa’ Agricultural union, TLU says it is encouraged by Agriculture minister John Steenhuisen’s vision for the sector. The minister met with the union and other organisations on Tuesday, where the main challenges in the agricultural industry were discussed. Steenhuisen addressed four key issues that he prioritises including funding for farmers and biosecurity for animals and plants.
