Former US president Donald Trump says he has reached an agreement to debate his rival Kamala Harris on Sept 10th. Trump’s confirmation on his social media site Truth Social suggests the mics will remain muted as they were during his debate with Joseph Biden in June. From Washington, Nick Harper reports.
