Nearly 120 Heads of State and Government have gathered in New York for the High-Level UN meeting, where the general debate is set to begin. UN Secretary-General António Guterres urged member states to revive multilateralism amid global crises. US President Joe Biden is expected to address the Assembly on Tuesday.
