Lebanon says a million people may be displaced as Israel continues air strikes. The country’s health ministry says over 50 people were killed in on Sunday. Israel says it has also attacked military targets of the Iran-backed Houthi movement in Yemen. Chris Watts works with the charity Future Academy in refugee camps in Lebanon.
