In S.A, the DA says the call by president Cyril Ramaphosa to have all spaza shops in South Africa registered with local municipality within 21 days, after complying with all health and other compliance requirements, is unrealistic. The DA’s Marina van Zyl says the geographical spread and the lack of capacity in local municipalities, will make it very difficult to have the more than 150-thousand spaza shops registered:
