ECN Opens Nominations for Guinas Constituency By-Election Until December 21st

The Electoral Commision has announced that nominations for the Guinas Constituency by-election in Oshikoto Region are open until December 21 this year. Political parties and independent candidates must submit their nominations online or in person. ECN’s De Wet Siluka expands:
