US President Donald Trump’s top economic advisor has said that India’s high tariffs are a barrier to imports. The comments, made in an interview with CNBC, come ahead of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit to the US this week. Rebecca Bundhun has more from Mumbai.
