Two arrested for stock theft in Aranos

Two Namibian men, aged 24 and 28, were arrested in connection with a case of stock theft valued at N$3000.

The incident occurred on Friday, 4 April 2025, between 17h00 and 18h00 at Farm Mersa, Aranos.

It is alleged that the suspects unlawfully entered a farm camp and slaughtered two sheep without the owner’s consent.

According to the police, no recovery has been made thus far.

Investigations by the police are continuing.
