Global African Hydrogen Summit 2025: Over 10 Dutch companies attend summit

The Netherlands says it is committed to strengthening green hydrogen cooperation with Namibia. Green Hydrogen Policy Officer at the Netherlands Embassy, Palesa Shipena, said over 10 Dutch companies are attending the Global African Hydrogen Summit 2025 in Windhoek.

She noted that the partnership began with the signing of a memorandum of understanding several years ago, and Dutch companies are eager to explore opportunities and contribute to building Namibia’s green hydrogen industry.
