Muma takes over as CEO of Okongo Village Council

The Okongo Village Council has appointed Jackson Muma as its Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 September 2025.

According to a statement issued by Acting CEO Linda Ndinoshinge, Muma has more than 14 years of experience in corporate communications and governance. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in media and political studies.

Muma previously worked as Public Relations Officer at the Ongwediva Town Council and as Marketing and Communication Practitioner at the Namibia Qualifications Authority. He has also been recognised as one of the best communicators in the local authority sector.
