President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah urged citizens to approach international partnerships with confidence and strength, rejecting a “poverty mentality.” She made the remarks Thursday at the opening of the two-day Namibia Public-Private Forum, organized by the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board, as reported by NewsOnOne’s Envaalde Matheus.
