Two individuals, aged 24 and 41, were arrested Wednesday afternoon for allegedly possessing illicit fuel. The U.S, Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand have warned that China was circumventing measures aimed at stopping its recruitment of current and former Western military pilots to train the Chinese military.
