/Khomas Leads Special Voter Turnout Amid Ballot Shortages

  The Electoral Commission's Chairperson Elsie Nghikembwa reported that /Khomas recorded the highest special voter turnout yesterday, though the process faced issues like ballot shortages, long queues, and delays. The unexpectedly high turnout among security personnel contributed to the shortage. Civil Aviation Authority Restricts Airspace for Elections
